She stated that during this period, 157 entities were founded, and 95 were shut down, while 75 independent enterprises were opened, and 56 were closed.

Vujic told reporters that in the past year, 350 economic entities were registered, and 253 were shut down. Vujic noted that legislation in the District was more favorable in relation to the entities, citing as an example the Law on Income Tax, which provides a range of incentives to entrepreneurs.

"For the tax base for newly employed workers and lack of fiscalization in the District, incentives for entrepreneurs should not be ignored. The Law on Encouraging Economic Development should be taken into account to provide good possibilities for economic entities," Vujic noted.
